Room faced a nearby parking building. Location feels removed from main attractions. Expect extra travel via tuk tuk. Requested tuk tuk was pricier than other options, and the vehicle itself wasn't the most modern.

A high-class and modern hotel, my first choice in Phnom Penh. Incredible breakfast with amazing views of the city and eggs cooked to order, as for instance, excellent and absolutely perfect location. A minibar, a fireplace, and an iron available in the double room.
Uninviting area.

The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed with excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast was delicious with options like eggs and noodles made to order. The location was convenient, with access to local attractions and restaurants. Staff service stood out. Everyone was helpful and went the extra mile, especially to the bar. Room service needed improvement. It was challenging to communicate with the staff who took orders. Unclear responses led to frustration, especially when I required assistance recovering from an injury. Despite this, the beautiful decor and spa area added to the positive experience.

Both a hit and a miss
The staff shine, consistently attentive and courteous. Breakfast options are plentiful, with made-to-order eggs that delight every morning!
The gym could use some air conditioning. It gets a tad stuffy while exercising.

It was just a reliable pick for a holiday in Phnom Penh with value for money. The breakfast had a decent variety, with freshly made noodle soup that I enjoyed each morning. Bring your own water bottle. The provided plastic ones aren't enough for two people.

Couples seeking cozy comfort
The atmosphere was just perfect for relaxation, we really loved having breakfast on the 12th floor with a view and soft music playing. The staff at the bar really were very good making cocktails that were pure magic, even during their breaks.
It wasn't inexpensive but still worth it for the experience we had.

Breakfast with a pool view every morning was a highlight. The rooftop bar's ambiance added to our experience. Bring a reusable water bottle, as the plastic ones were not sufficient for two. A wonderful escape!
